Q: When is the Association Safety Program dividend paid?
Approximately 10 to 12 months after the Association Safety Program's base year ends.
Q: Will my individual policy be affected if I join the Association Safety Program?
No. Your policy with the SCF Arizona remains exactly the same, but your dividend year will be changed to coincide with the Association Safety Program's base year.
Q: If the Association has high losses, will I lose my earned individual dividend?
No. If you earned a dividend based on your own premium and losses, you will receive that amount.
Q: Does enrolling in the Association Program cost me anything?
No, but you must be a member of YSCA.
Q: When can I enroll in the Association Safety Program?
Anytime during the Association's policy period, enrollment is effective the date of association approval.
Q: Who decides whether or not my policy is accepted into an Association Safety Program?
The particular association to which you belong makes that decision.
